4. Identity Verification
Some services may require identity or business verification. BidnBuy may use authorised third-party providers for verification involving information such as NIN, BVN, business registration details or other applicable identifiers.
Different verification requirements may apply to normal merchants and platform-managed casual sellers. BidnBuy aims to process only information reasonably required for the relevant verification.

- Improve BidnBuy and conduct marketing where legally permitted.
6. Lawful Bases
Depending on the processing activity, BidnBuy may rely on performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interests, consent or another lawful basis permitted by applicable law. Where processing depends on consent, the user may withdraw that consent subject to applicable law.
7. Financial and Other Service Providers
BidnBuy may use authorised third-party providers for payments, transfers, financial accounts, settlement, refunds and related financial services. Finecore currently supports certain BidnBuy financial-service flows and other authorised providers may be introduced where appropriate.
BidnBuy may also share necessary information with identity-verification providers, cloud and infrastructure providers, logistics partners, messaging providers, security providers, professional advisers, approved analytics providers and regulators or courts where legally required.
BidnBuy does not sell users' personal data.
8. International Data Transfers
Some technology and infrastructure providers may process data outside Nigeria. Where applicable, BidnBuy will use appropriate legal bases and safeguards for international transfers as required by data-protection law.
