These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the BidnBuy marketplace, website, applications and related services operated by BID&BUY GLOBAL RESOURCES LIMITED.

By creating an account, purchasing an item, placing a bid, listing an item, using a seller or merchant service, or otherwise using BidnBuy, you agree to these Terms and any policies incorporated into them.

BidnBuy provides marketplace services that may include Buy Now sales, online auctions, merchant and vendor listings, casual or platform-managed sales, payments, escrow and settlement, eligible refunds, logistics and fulfilment, memberships, promotional services and related marketplace functionality.

Specific rules may apply depending on the transaction type.

Users must provide accurate information and keep their account credentials secure. Users must not impersonate another person, create fraudulent accounts, misuse another person's identity or payment information, or use BidnBuy for unlawful purposes.

Certain services may require identity, business, KYC or financial verification. BidnBuy may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent fraud or enforce these Terms.

Prices, applicable fees, commissions and other material charges will be disclosed before the relevant transaction is completed. Sellers and merchants must not provide misleading pricing or product information.

Payments may be processed through authorised payment and financial service providers. A payment is not considered completed merely because a user initiates a transfer. BidnBuy may wait for verified confirmation from the applicable provider and may use escrow, controlled settlement or other transaction-protection mechanisms.

An order may be subject to payment confirmation, inventory availability, fraud and security checks, seller fulfilment and other applicable marketplace rules.

BidnBuy may cancel or reverse transactions where required by law, fraud prevention, system error, duplicate processing or other legitimate reasons.

Participation in BidnBuy auctions is additionally governed by the BidnBuy Auction Rules. All auction items are offered and sold AS IS, subject to the description, photographs, condition report and information displayed for the particular auction.

Auction purchases are final and are not eligible for change-of-mind cancellation, return or refund. This does not exclude a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Nigerian law.

A valid winning bid creates an obligation for the winning bidder to complete the purchase within the applicable payment window.

Merchants and marketplace sellers must comply with the Merchant Policy and applicable listing, fulfilment, payment and consumer-protection requirements.

BidnBuy may accept items from casual sellers or consignors and manage the listing and sale on their behalf. Such sellers may operate through a different onboarding and settlement model from standard self-service merchants.

Returns, cancellations and refunds for eligible non-auction transactions are governed by the BidnBuy Returns & Refund Policy and applicable law.

Auction transactions are governed by the Auction Rules and are sold AS IS with no change-of-mind refund or return. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy which applicable law does not permit BidnBuy to exclude.

BidnBuy's name, platform design, software, branding and proprietary materials remain the property of BID&BUY GLOBAL RESOURCES LIMITED or their respective licensors.

Sellers grant BidnBuy permission to use listing information and product images for operating and promoting their listings and the marketplace.

BidnBuy aims to maintain a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, provider outages, internet failures and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability.

BidnBuy will not exclude or limit liability where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where required, and renewed acceptance may be requested where appropriate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
